Design and engineering approach
Prepare a small approved knowledge set with document owners and freshness rules. The concept shows source citations, an unresolved-answer state and a human escalation path rather than an unrestricted conversational promise.
Review and delivery considerations
Evaluate unsupported claims, conflicting sources and prompt injection. A production implementation needs permission-aware retrieval, a redacted logging policy and human review of consequential outputs.
